In north America and perhaps Europe what we call توالت فرنگی is referred as simply Washroom. I guess they have to call our toilet Iranian/ Eastern toilet . If you specifically wanna refer to were we sit and do our business you can say Toilet seat.

Hi Amir. In English, the toilets that we Iranians-as well as some eastern countries- use, is called "squat toilet". Have a look:
