With due respect and In accordance with the chief goal in this forum witch is teaching and learning the CORRECT usage of terms in language it would be more appropriate to obey the grammatical rule as strictly as possible to prevent any misunderstanding by learners!

In this regard, I'd say after if clause put the comma to follow the rules in terms of grammar.
