Your body should be flexible and not hard and rigid. To make it flexible, you need to let it go by the music.
Stay on your toes and open your hands and stretch your body
Then try to lift your body so that you feel light, the higher you lift your body, the lighter you become
Then let the music grab you and move your body, when it happened don't be scared otherwise your body becomes heavy again, just keep moving and forget things around you but the music itself
Don't wait for a miracle, you may get dizzy head and you may fall down it's normal until you learn to let your body go free
