1- Constantly practice
there are a tons of IELTS sample testes out there, pick one and check it out. then answer some of the questions, then compare your answers with the right ones. etc
2- start your day with learning grammar this way:
-learn the rule
-Then practice by answering questions at the end of each section
- again check the answers
- mark the questions you screwed up so that you get back to them later for more practice
3- then switch to reading
- Don't bother to memorize every single new word you come across. just the ones you see very often, those ones are important. so if you see a word several times and yet you could not get the meaning from the context then refer to dictionary.
- when you look up for a word, learn the pronunciation by listening to it right there .
- note down the key difference between the similar words. for instance: effect and affect( do you know the difference?)
-4 once you are tired of all of that, then it is time for watching TV or a movie :)
I personally watched English news channels for hours and hours just to get the accent.
anyways I gotta go, i will come later and help you with more stuff
oh one thing!
TRY TO LOVE LEARNING ENGLISH otherwise you will not learn anything!
