repair : بیشتر برای تعمیرات فنی به کار می ره

همچنین در مواردی که چیزی یا مثلا رابطه ای break / broken می شه: 

Ex: repair broken relations / appliances

fix : مفهومی گسترده تر و کاربردی وسیع تر داره؛ مثلاً : fix a problem ؛ fix an object. هر زمان شک داشتید و نمی دونستید کدوم رو به کار ببرید از fix استفاده کنید (البته توجه داشته باشید که fix درکل غیر رسمی تر (more informal) است).

mend : واژه ای قدیمی است. همیشه هم نمی تونیم به جای fix به کار ببریم. بیشتر برای تعمیرات البسه و پوشاک یا درمان و مداوای مشکل جسمی یا روحی یا برقراری مجدد یک رابطه از دست رفته به کار می ره:

Ex : mend a broken bone / heart ; mend socks

همچنین می تونه به عنوان فعل لازم (intransitive) به کار بره (اما fix نمی تونه): wounds mend.

repair : تعمیر چیزی که خراب شده یا شکسته یا درست کار نمی کنه جوری که دوباره به کار بیفته یا مثل قبل بشه:

It seems that 'fix' is the most general and should work almost anywhere. If you're in doubt which one to use, use fix.

'Mend' is old-fashioned and was usually used for clothing, shoes. It is alright to say "She mended my sock", but it sounds old-fashioned. However, mend is not very common anymore and maybe more often inappropriate to be used in place of fix. For example, it would seem queer to say "She mended my computer" or "The mechanic mended my car."

'Repair' emphasizes damage to certain things. Example: I can’t run my computer until I have it repaired.

The best way, however, is to look for the examples under each entry in reference works such as Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary or Longman Lexicon of Contemporary English.

Mend: repair something that is broke or damaged, a repair in a material (usually used when talking about clothing or relationships)

Repair: to fix something that is damaged, renew, renovate or restore

Fix: mend, repair, improve or adapt something

Fix is the most common of the three words. When in doubt use the word ‘fix’.
Mend is rarely used in the United States. It is more commonly used in Great Britain.
