به انگلیسی "منت گذاشتن" چی می شه؟

فرض کنید به دوستمون می خوایم بگیم که فلانی این کار رو با منت برای من انجام داد.

'Today I asked my colleague to help me and he did but not without making me feel obligated.'

'He did it but he made me beholden to him.' 

Also guilt-trip might work here as in,

'He helped me through but He guilt-tripped me as well (into not asking him again or doing him a favor later)'

I couldn't find any dictionary references, but there's a question on "wiki answers" entitled:

What do you mean by casting a favor in his teeth?

and the answer is:

When you cast a favor in someone's teeth you want to make that person feel that s/he is indebted to you. 

However it is NOT a reliable reference. Anyway something is better than nothing !!!

A different answer I found from net is " 

'cast in someone’s teeth' is an old fashioned idiom meaning to upbraid or reproach a person; to throw back at a person something he has said or done. Some say the phrase, popular in Shakespeare’s time, is an allusion to knocking someone’s teeth out by casting stones. The current expression is " to throw in someone’s face."
Example: I know I should have checked the time for your arrival, but there is no need to keep throwing it in my face."
