4.Derived from the original catch phrase, "You got this in the bag," but used in a sarcastic manner to imply the opposite where you in fact DONT have this is the bag. 

If you ask sb to give you you sth yes it is true response since it stands for ""You got this in the bag," and might mean vice versa either

somewhat unusual acknowledgment of thanks.;-)
