Good job but as far as I know:

Determinism is a philosophical doctrine and means جبر گرایی. Also hypothesis denotes فرضیه rather than فرض.

determinism is widely used in mathematics, statistics and computer science. Take a look at this webpage for more information:

It relies on the context whether the author's purpose has been "فرض" or "فرضیه". These two are sometimes used interchangably in Persian, yet if we want to strictly speak, you are right; assumption is "فرض". Besides, we have many other words that correspond to "فرض"; words such as presupposition, presumption, and supposition, but it is very important to note that these are slightly different in meaning and if we want to translate "فرض" into English, we should precisely know what the author's opinion has been.

The issue is not as complicated as you are representing it.

The OED (the most complete dic in the world) does not mention anything about mathematics in the entry for the word "determinism."

OK.The fast-paced growth of science, the collapse of definitional boundaries, the growing trend toward interdisciplinary knowledge, etc. all mark the condition of knowledge in the current era. But this does not mean that we have the permission and freedom to replace every piece of information with another one, use every word instead of a seemingly synonymous one or ignore the possibility of using safer words as long as they are there.

The same argument applies to the case of "hypothesis". Why not rely on what the author has written when we have no good reason to think otherwise. It is "فرض" not "فرضیه". Just why on earth should we bother ourselves to doubt the author's word choice?!

Not everything is mentioned in dictionaries; that is why we have specialized dictionaries. Neither did I say that we have that permision to replace EVERY word in favor of the other! I told that this leans on the context. For example, in algorithm design, if you say that my algorithm is certain, nobody understands what you are saying because the well-known and correct word for that algorithm is deterministic. That is why I am saying that we must have the context.
About hypothesis, I told you my opinion and said that if we want to strictly speak, you are right; we can put "assumption", "presumption", and other words there in place of "hypothesis."
