On the other hand, the results also determine what factors are considered as barriers against consumers' WTP.

The results of such studies can reveal reasons for purchase of these products by a group of buyers at added / extra rates / prices and likewise the reason for non-purchase of them by another group also  determining that waht features exist in an organic product, which by their entry   into consumers' utility / desirability function, increase their (consumers) utility / desirability and thereby higher / extra prices / WTP for these products compared with the conventional food products. On the other hand, said results also reveal / determine what factors are considered as barriers against (this / such) consumers' WTP.
