"Got the top dog" has to be "got TO BE be the top dog"!

.. and I guess "Larrikin" is supposed to mean "یک لا قبا" ? 

dude! this larrikin thing is SO rare that my browser draws a red line under it every time!

anyway the important thing is that it doesn't even remotely mean the same as the thing in question.. and this is a dictionary-based comment by the way; "یک لا قبا" means a poor person, and the dictionaruy definition for larrikin is: a boisterous, often badly behaved young man. (OxfordDictionaries).

there is only one possible reason: you thought it meant "مرتیکه". which could have been the case if you didn't add the buster which is:

chiefly North American used as a mildly disrespectful form of address to a man or boy (Same Source)

bottom line is what you wrote means something like this:

باورم نمیشه اون مرتیکه ی مرتیکه رئیس بانک (نه ریاست بانک) و بدست آورده!

We need to specify a reason for our negative votes now, and that is what I did, in the hopes that you would correct your answer, and in the politest way that I know of.
