Let me attract your view about the word "research". While it is both countable and uncountable, the countable one is very rare and it is used in case of a given, specific study. So, generally speaking like here, uncountable is the best choice in my opinion.

Thank you for your view post, which noted and found useful. Please , however , note that since the تحقیقات کیفی مورد اشاره در متن فارسی مورد سوال are likely to have been conducted by more than one party/center,etc.,I think using the plural form of said word i.e.researches , would be OK.
