Findings

The white and gray matter differentiation is normal.

There is no significant end vessel ischemic small vessel disease.

There is no acute infarct seen.

Evidence of post operation changes and radiation in right temporal region are see.

Cyst like space occupying lesion measuring 33*27 mm with similar signal intensity as CFS in noted in right temporal region could be due to post operation changes.

No evidence of mass effect or edema is seen.

After gad administration no evidence of faint enhancing foci are noted in right temporal lobe with gyral pattern which is most probable due to radiation necrosis.

The ventricles, sulci and basal cisterns ap…..markabel.

The vertebral and internal carotid arteries demonstrate expected flow void indicating their patency.

The central skull base and temporal bones are intact. The calvarium appears unremarkable. The orbits unremarkable.

The paranasal sinuses demonstrate no mucosal thickening.
