NP. I meant 'production price' doesn't work here. The manufacturer doesn't buy the product from somewhere; it produces it so 'production cost' is the right choice of word. It's either cost or price not both. Production price makes me think of the loss that the manufacturer went through to produce a product.

If by قیمت تمام شده نهایی you mean total expenditures required to manufacture a product, the actual cost (of a product) is what you're looking for.
