Brain MRI:
MR study of brain using axial T1, T2, PD, Flair, Sagittal and coronal T2W Images reveal.
FINDINGS: Some Small high signal lesions (in flair and T2W) are seen at bilateral parietal white matter.
White and gray matter signal, cerebral ventricles, major intracranial vascular structures, basal ganglia and brain stem are normal.
Both 7/8 nerve complexes, pituitary fossa, both orbits and optic nerves are normal in shape and signal intensity.
Other findings: Inflammation of the patient's mucosa is due to sinusitis. Deviation of nasal septum, mucus retention and ... were seen. PNS CT scan is recommended about this problem.
MRI with GAD is recommended.
Neck MRI:
FINDINGS: Nasopharynx, oropharynx and hypopharynx appear normal.
Parotid and submandibular glands are normal.
4-5 small lymph nodes are seen at bilateral of the neck.
Other neck tissues are unremarkable. /
