BRAIN MRI WITHOUT CONTRAST
The images are obtained according to the usual protocol which reveals:
.

Oval shaped T1 and T2 hyposignal lesion in favor of sclerotic bone lesions is noted in the left parietal bone measuring approximately 11mm. Clinical correlation and comparison with plane radiographs are needed.

Otherwise:

The white and gray matter in both cerebral hemispheres have normal
signal intensity without mass lesion.
 The lateral , third and fourth ventricles are normal in size and shape
without midline shift.
 The posterior fossa including the cerebellar hemispheres,
pontomedullary structures are apparently normal.
 Pituitary gland is normal in size and signal intensity without any mass.
 Orbits & chiasm are unremarkable.
