What is the Persian word for cookie

Hi guys my friends asking me what we call cookie in Persian, plz help me out here. Is it noon berenji? or koloocheh?

koloocheh it is!

But i believe cookie is some kind of generic name so you can also consider "noon berenji" some kind of cookie.

So you can tell your friend that depending on the region, we have different kinds of cookies and the one which is baked in north of Iran is the most popular one and known as koloocheh, while "noon berenji" is a souvenir from Kurdish part of Iran.

noon berenji is one kind of cookie too and is special for kermanshah...but most common eQ. 4 cookie in Kolooche or Pirashki i gues,, am not sure ofc.
