به تازگی محدودیت 15 حرف برای عنوان اعمال شده است. به نظرم در برخی موارد لحاظ کردن آن ممکن نیست. لذا خواهش میکنم آن را بر دارید

If you'd like to contact us, the preferred way is to use the "contact us" link.

We had to apply this as some users simply choose "ترجمه " as the title of their question

Please give us an example why the 155 character limitation is a discomfort.

I totally agree with this suggestion, many idioms are less than 15 characters and those who choose "ترجمه" for their titles can simply choose something like "لطفا ترجمه کنید" which makes the whole idea behind this limitation pointless

Thank you for your input. Another reason that we put that limit is short titles are not SEO friendly. Longer titles make google index our website better.

Although ترجمه and لطفا ترجمه are not both what we want

we prefer لطفا ترجمه better as it gets indexed better by google

but there is still the problem of idioms and words which are less than 15 characters.

for example a few weeks ago I opened a thread with the title "خط خوردگی" ; this is not possible right now because this word is less than 15 characters.

as I said before there are many idioms and words which are less than 15 characters and it doesn't seem right to put unnecessary words or phrases before or after a word or an idiom which is complete by itself.

I think the title should be brief, to the point and without any redundancy

by the way, if you search "خط خوردگی" on google, you would find it on the second page, so maybe we shouldn't be over-concerned about indexing; of course that is just my opinion and I respect your decision.
