Dear Sirs, Madams,
I , the undersigned , as one of your pro customers , have a complain about the Nestle 's product (3×1) , which is supplied in Iran's markets.
I chose to address my complain to your Swizerland office because I wanted to mention it to the Nestle's mother company / headquarters.
Regrettably, you product , which is on counters in Iran lacks the flavor and taste of the (3×1) product , which is on the counters in other parts of the world like Turkey & UAE (Dubai).
Also before sending this email to you, first I contacted the Nestle's office in Iran and raised this issue to them who first advised that the recipe of Nestle's product in Iran is same as that of the other countries except for some minor changes , which are applied according to nutrition habits and tegulations of the food organisation of that country.Then, I told them that I don't think that flavor and taste are forbidden in Iran or that there is any problem in this regard.Besides,change in flavor and taste cannot be considered as a minor issue.
However,they replied that maybe the coffee portion of the Nestle 3×1 is less or its sugar or coffee mate level is more than the standard ones.
Now my question is if there is an identical recipe for a product in all countries, why Nestle's product in Iran is not produced according to that recipe?
