It’s been days since I travelled (traveled if you are using AmE) to Sun City in South Africa. I had booked a room in The Palace of the Lost City hotel before I arrived here (it is nicer to use "before arriving here").
It’s awesome! The hotel is a very big and well-designed building. Actually, it’s a palace, patterned on/after old European castles. Too big to search every inch of it, but I have seen many spots of this place so far. When in the garden, (better to use "different animals") animals, such as hippos and giraffes, wander around us freely. Although the sun is always shining, the temperature is mild and the sky is quite clear in both day and night. You can’t imagine how beautiful the sky is at night! We can order various foods, like Chakalaka. It’s made (out) of butterflies!
Last night, I left my elegant, cozy room to sleep in (the/a/my/etc., tent must be definite) tent, and before that, in the early evening, I went to see lions and wild animals by car. My heart was in my mouth. They seemed so lazy and saturated (What do you mean by saturated here? you mean satisfied?), otherwise they would have eaten us with no attempt.
Tomorrow, I’m going to ride an ostrich! It must be so wonderful! :) Can’t wait for it, and I’m gonna try paragliding. Seeing this rare nature above (remove "the") clouds is a big chance that not always can be found in civil life. Also, I want to discover more places of this forgotten city.
I’ll see you and the classmates soon. I can’t tell the exact date, but whenever I get bored of this place (which is never), I’ll come back to Ahvaz and be present in the class. For now, I’ll be absent for the next session (don’t give me negative).
And no photos, of course, because all of these are still in my mind, so don’t expect them (to happen)!
