done 2 adjective [ not before noun, no comparative ]

1 finished finished or completed SYN finished :
The job’s nearly done.
somebody is done (with something) (= someone has finished doing or using something )
As soon as I’m done, I’ll give you a call.
Are you done with this magazine?
I’ll be glad when the exams are over and done with (= completely finished ) .

THESAURUS
finished if something is finished, you have done all of it : She showed him the finished drawing. | I was very pleased with the finished result.
done [ not before noun ] finished - used especially in everyday English instead of finished : I can’t come out till my essay’s done. | They promised the work would be done by April.
complete [ not before noun ] completely finished – used especially to emphasize that there is no more work to do : Six months later the job was complete. | The first stage of the project is now complete.
over finished – used about an event, activity, or period of time : Football practice is over at 4:30. Can you pick me up then? | The summer was nearly over.
be through informal to have finished doing something or using something : I probably won’t be through till about 6 o'clock. | Are you through with those scissors?

Done and through have been used in these sentences as an adjective. Both adjectives are interchangeable, without any difference in meaning. We use them when we have finished doing or using something. A few examples are given below:

1- I am done or I am through. It means I have finished doing or using something.

2- He is through or done with his homework.

3- Are you done or through with my pen?

Both of the adjectives are common in use. We can also use finished in place of done or through.

Hello dear Keramus,

Thanks a lot for your answer,But as much as I learned,The past participle verb done has been used without an auxiliary verb. Consider adding one or using the past simple instead.

The past participle form of a verb can be used to make the present perfect (has broken) or past perfect (had broken) tenses, to make a past tense of a modal verb (may have broken), to make a participial adjective (is broken), or to make the past form of the infinitive (to have broken). In all of these cases, the past participle form is joined with at least one other verb. Unlike a simple past verb, a past participle can’t stand alone as a main verb!

for example instead of I'm done ,cant we say I had down? or I has done ?or I did?

سلام

در جواب سوالت یاشیل جان، به این لینک ارجاعت میدم

http://english.stackexchange.com/questions/10423/im-done-or-ive-done

Done is used as the past participle in combination with have, obviously, but done is also used as an adjective meaning "carried out, completed, or treated in a particular way: her hunting days were done" (Webster's); as such, either statement is correct depending on the context. Usually, "I have done" would require an object (done what, precisely?) and "I am done" would signify that one was finished with, say, a task. At least in the U.S., a person would be much more likely to say "I'm done" to indicate the conclusion of an activity like homework or chores, and so on.

بنا بر آنچه که در بالا گفته شد معمولا بعد از I've done باید یک مفعول بیاید. done what? چه چیزی؟

ولی وقتی I'm done رو به کار می بریم مشخصه که کارمون رو تموم کردیم. در همین لینکی که آوردم یک شخصی که ساکن آمریکاست گفته است:

This does seem to be a UK vs. US English thing - I am in the US and "I have done" with no object sounds very strange to me (I've specifically noticed it in some British movies, actually).

یعنی پس از I've done باید مفعول بیاید و I've done خالی کاربردی ندارد. Done که با I'm به کار می بره کاربرد صفت را دارد.

مشابه همین قاعده هم در خصوص Gone صادق است. به این صورت که Gone همراه با فعل To be می آید.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5d3MRcy-aM

این لینک یک آهنگی از گروه لینکین پارکه که گفته

I'll be gone.

مثل Done، کلمه Gone هم صفت است. اگه فیلم و یا انیمیشن با زیرنویس انگلیسی نگاه کنی متوجه میشی که به کرات از Gone و done به عنوان صفت و همراه با فعل to be استفاده می شود.
