MR study of L.S. spinal column, sagittal T1,T2/W and selected axial T1/W images.
Disco vertebral degenerative changes as multi level disc dehydration , osteophyte formation and modic type 2 changes are evident.
Spondylotic canal stenosis and derangement of the nerve roots are seen at the L2-L3 and L4-L5 levels in the background of disco osteophyte bulging with biforaminal narrowing , facet joints and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy.
Disc bulging is seen at the L3-L4 level.
Another vertebral :alignment, bone marrow signal,disc spaces, posterior elements and spinal canal dimention are normal.
No evidence of intra medullary lesion is seen.
visualized cord and couns medullaris show normal shape and signal intensity / Y
